What makes you nervous?
Just the thought of a colony
Gives me goosebumps.
The most notorious to me:
Fire ants.
lyrical, poetic, personal
What makes you nervous?

Gives me goosebumps.

Fire ants.

You’re bringing back
Something that belongs to the past.
Then you end
up questioning yourself—
Questions make you cringe—
Because you still
don’t have the
answers to the many
whys, what . . . how.
So instead
You turn to
Nice and warm reminiscing ,
a familiar ache comes back
Bringing both good and bad
And the wanting
That’s haunting
And so with
The whys, what. . . how.
How do you use social media?
To mingle;
To exchange sharing of passion, or ideas and etcetera—
With the hopes of building friendship along the way.
Jot down the first thing that comes to your mind.

America was—
And still is—the best idea.
A true divine force.
North Star of the Free
World, It puts its trust in God—
What a blessed union!

From the sky so blue,
Mirroring the ocean too,
To the lushes of green and morning dew,
Then the beaming moon and bright stars too,
And the happy fireflies I dare not shoo-—
I see every beauty in this world
Because of you.

At the top of hill
Surrounded by happy blooms,
Hovering b’flies,
And everything bright:
In a soft plush just for two,
were just me and you.
Biscuits, cheese, tea and
You—of course, yours is sweeter. . .
Heavenly! Being with you.
Describe a decision you made in the past that helped you learn or grow.
There’s a reason why our heads are above our hearts and everything else.
We’re often feeling “trapped” over things that we fantasize or crave or simply wish. But let’s breathe deep and ask ourselves, do we really need it? Is it right?
Because right is something that doesn’t change no matter what angle. And it always has a final say. It doesn’t even require explanation, nor justification.
And because of its powerful nature, right leads us to move forward, way forward—which again—is always a cherished destination.
Bottom line and to reiterate: Right always has a final say. It makes things fall in the appropriate places that make sense.
What place in the world do you never want to visit? Why?
We, humans are warm-blooded,
To be in that kind of cold place,
We are putting our bodies
Into great strain,
Especially me who’s coming from Hawaii.
So, sorry Siberia—
I can’t stand the freezer.
