Socializing in Digital Age

Courtesy of WordPress/Pexels

In the digital age, we meet online,
Where distance fades and pixels shine.
We share our thoughts with taps and swipes,
In spaces lit by screens and bytes.

A message sent across the seas,
Through tangled webs of data streams.
We laugh with friends we’ve never met,
In virtual rooms where lives are set.

Yet sometimes in this glowing light,
We long for voices in the night.
For eyes that meet, for hands to hold,
For warmth that screens cannot unfold.

But still, we chat, we text, we share,
In digital bonds that float like air.
A world connected, vast and wide,
Where even lonely hearts can hide.

So here we are, in bits and bytes,
Our lives entangled, day and night.
In this new world, both near and far,
We search for love beneath a star.

The Hue of Pessimism

Courtesy of WordPress/Pexels

In the garden where hope used to bloom,
A shadow crept, a harbinger of gloom.
With every dawn, it whispered in the ear,
A voice that only spoke of fear.

It dulled the sun, turned blue skies gray,
Promised that joy would never stay.
It choked the roots of dreams, now frail,
And spun dark tales where light should prevail.

Pessimism, the thief of flight,
Clipped the wings of those who might.
It sowed its seeds in fertile minds,
To harvest doubts of every kind.

But here, where the shadow casts its blight,
A flicker remains, a stubborn light.
For in the heart, despite the dark,
Hope still kindles a tiny spark.

So let the shadow linger near,
It cannot quench the fire here.
For even in the deepest night,
The dawn awaits to reclaim its right.

Carpe Diem

Life is a dance of fleeting light,
Moments like whispers on wings of night.
Why wait in the shadows, afraid to move,
When the stars above sing a daring groove?

Every dawn is a door, wide and new,
A chance to leap where the brave pursue.
The mountains call, the rivers run,
Don’t wait for the storm to steal your sun.

Opportunities bloom like flowers in spring,
Each with a song, a note to sing.
Stretch your hand, reach for the sky,
Don’t let the “what ifs” pass you by.

For failure’s a teacher dressed in disguise,
A wise old friend with unblinking eyes.
It whispers, “Fall, rise up again,”
Each stumble’s the path to where dreams begin.

Fear not the cracks or the broken seams,
They are the doors to uncharted dreams.
Run through the valleys, climb every peak,
Find the courage in being unique.

Time waits for no one, the sand runs fast,
Grasp each second, make it last.
For the only regret when the journey’s done,
Is the chance not taken, the race not run.

So live with fire, let your spirit soar,
Chase after the life you’ve longed for more.
Embrace the falls, and laugh at the rain—
In every storm, there’s something to gain.

The world’s a canvas, wild and wide,
Paint it boldly, leave nothing to hide.
For life’s not in waiting or standing still—
It’s found in the heart that dares the thrill.

Between Hours and Oceans

Ours is measured in miles and minutes,
In fleeting glances across unseen skies,
Each whispered promise lost to distance,
Yet carried in the silence of our sighs.

The stars we share lie far between,
Time holds us in its cruel, slow grip,
Yet every moment apart is a thread unseen
That binds us closer with every slip.

You are the echo in my quiet hours,
The fading sun in my restless dreams,
Though oceans and hours hold their power,
Ours still burns with steady beams.

One day, we’ll conquer distance and time,
Until then, my heart is and will beat for you from here to the edge of the night,
With every second, you are still mine—
A love beyond borders, beyond sight.

The Depth of Craving

Which topics would you like to be more informed about?

I crave the spark of something new,
The thrill of knowing what is true.
A world uncharted, vast, untold,
Each secret waiting to unfold.

I yearn not just for the passing fact,
But wisdom’s pulse, in truth intact.
The endless search, the boundless roam,
Through lands of thought I make my home.

It’s not enough to simply know,
I long to feel the roots that grow
Beneath the surface of the mind,
Where ancient truths are intertwined.

I seek the depths, I chase the stars,
The mysteries of near and far.
In every book, in every line,
A fragment of the grand design.

With every question, more to find,
No end to the expanse of mind.
I hunger not for gold or fame,
But for the wisdom, untamed flame.

For knowledge comes, but wisdom stays,
It shapes the heart in quiet ways.
A deeper hunger fuels my quest—
To understand what makes us blessed.

Through every lesson, every page,
I seek the timeless, not the cage.
For knowledge feeds, but wisdom frees,
Unlocking all life’s mysteries.

In this craving, I find my call,
To never settle, to risk it all—
To reach beyond, to dive within,
Where learning ends, and life begins.

To learn, to grow, to ever be,
A student of eternity.

Serendipity

What’s your favorite word?

In moments spun from threads unseen,
Where fate and chance weave in between,
A whispered breeze, a star’s soft fall,
Serendipity comes to call.

A glance, a touch, a fleeting word,
A song by winds of fortune stirred.
Two paths that never thought to meet
Now dance together, light and sweet.

A coin dropped once, a turn, a door,
Reveals a world unknown before.
With eyes wide open, hearts in flight,
Wishing to find what’s hidden in plain sight.

Then that time comes, so soft, so sweet indeed,
To two wandering souls by chance they meet, a no hand deed,
No plan, no map, no grand design,
Just hearts aligned, a perfect sign.

Like raindrops falling, soft and slow,
Or flowers where they didn’t sow,
The sweetest things, they come to be,
Not forced, but found so naturally.

A glance exchanged, a smile anew,
A path untraveled leads to something new.
What once was hidden now is clear,
Serendipity brought them near.

So there they are, without a clue,
But somehow they were meant for something true.
In all that’s simple, wild, and free,
Lives the magic of opportunity.

For magic lives in what they miss,
A sudden smile, an unplanned kiss.
The universe, with quiet grace,
Leads them to the perfect place.

So they trust the steps, the chance, they embraced,
The mystery time cannot erase.
For in the dance of life they see
The wonder of serendipity.

Optimism every morning

What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

Each morning breaks with tender light,
A canvas fresh, pure and white,
Where dreams from sleep, now softly stirred,
Await the breath of waking word.

The sky, a blush of golden hue,
Whispers, “Today is born anew.”
With every dawn, a chance to rise,
To greet the sun with open eyes.

The night is gone, its shadows fade,
The day ahead is yet unmade.
In morning’s glow, all things are clear,
A moment’s peace, a world sincere.

So take this gift, this daily grace,
Embrace the light, set your pace.
For every morning holds the key,
To what your spirit longs to be.

She Can Break the Glass

Enough misogyny! The glass is cracked;
and she’s about to bring it down soon.

Oh, her power, fierce and bold,

In tales of old, and stories told,

She rise, unyielding, through the night,

A beacon of unwavering light.

In her strength, her spirit knows no bounds,

In grace, her presence still astounds,

With every step, she paves the way,

A force that time cannot delay.

In her nurturing hands, the future blooms,

In wisdom’s eyes, the truth consumes,

A warrior’s heart beneath soft skin,

The battles she fought, the wars within.

Her voice, a melody so pure,

Commands the tides, the winds assure,

In her tender care and fiery zeal,

The world bends to her fervent will.

In every role she chooses to play,

In shadows dark or brightest day,

A testament to power, true,

Oh, woman, all the world long owes you.
