Eclipse in America

My heart jumps seeing

The partial eclipse, I wish

For total. . . next time.

The kids in us all

Were bewildered seeing

The phenomenon.

Creative · Haiku

We Love So Deeply

From poems to songs

And all, we’re o’er the moon—

Dreaming is free, free.

Haiku · Writing True

Always Pursue What Is Right

Even if alone,

It is always justified

All merits aside.

Haiku

Above the Sky

. . . is the firmament,

Where I’d be waiting for you

Till eternity.

There’s a wooden bench

In heaven in the midst of

Blooms where angels play everywhere.

I’d be sitting there

Watching the blooms and angels

While humming our song.

For I know it will

Happen, knowing that is all

We ever wanted.

Regret Not

Don’t be sorry for

Speaking your mind otherwise

You’re muting yourself.

Snob Them Not

CZ Grain Store/Amazon/Blue Moon Crocus Bulbs

The crocuses are

Beautiful and distinct

Don’t snob. Look closely.

Nothing is ugly.

Every beauty is unique.

Don’t snob. Look closely.

In the Woods

Yonder was so dark;

I have no one and nothing

but hope and courage.

Morn finally comes;

Oh, I made it through the night

Thank hope and courage.

No matter how dark,

See, nights are not forever

Morning never fails.

Haiku · Writing True

Like a Wind

Yes, we never met;

But I felt you like a wind—

You said, you did too.

Our dreams receded;

But in my heart are fragments

Of our forever.

Safely placed in here—

Where I can go back and forth,

Cherishing just you.
